1. SHIPPING POLICY & RATES
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to orders over Tk 5,000.

2. EXCHANGE & RETURN GUIDELINES
We accept returns and exchanges on all unused items within **30 days** of purchase. Please note the following guidelines:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original price tags and tags intact.
- Original invoices must be presented at the time of return or exchange.
- Undergarments, cosmetics, and jewelry are non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
- Exchanges can be done directly at any physical Jahnaat retail outlet or by shipping back to our e-commerce warehouse.
